What You'll Do
  • Onboard new users and ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with premium users
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive account expansion
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback for the product team
  • Create educational content and documentation
  • Monitor user health metrics and proactively address churn risk
Requirements
  • 3+ years in customer success or account management
  • Experience with B2C SaaS platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
  • Background in finance, investing, or fintech
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Technical aptitude for understanding product integrations
