uptogAIn is an AI-powered wealth management and trading platform. It combines advanced machine learning models, multi-strategy trading agents, and real-time market analysis to help you manage and grow your investments across crypto, stocks, and forex.

Click the "Get Started" button on the homepage or navigate to the sign-up page. You can register with your email address. After signing up, you will receive a verification email to confirm your account before you can start using the platform.

Paper trading lets you simulate trades with virtual money so you can test strategies without risking real capital. After signing in, go to the Paper Trading section in your dashboard to start placing simulated trades and track your performance.

Navigate to the Autopilot setup in your dashboard and follow the guided steps to connect your brokerage via SnapTrade. We currently support Alpaca as the primary broker, with more brokers coming soon. Your credentials are securely stored and never shared.

Our AI trading agent uses a multi-strategy confluence system that combines 12+ strategies including Smart Money Concepts (order blocks, fair value gaps, liquidity sweeps) and traditional strategies (trend following, mean reversion, breakout). A 7-agent debate system with supermajority voting ensures robust decision-making.

The system employs Smart Money strategies (Order Blocks, FVG, Liquidity Sweep, Supply/Demand, Market Structure, Pivot Points, RSI Divergence) alongside traditional strategies (Trend Following, Mean Reversion, Breakout) and an overall Confluence strategy. An ensemble of reinforcement learning models (DQN, PPO, SAC, A2C) further refines decisions.

Risk management is built into every layer: Kelly Criterion position sizing, dynamic stop-loss and take-profit levels, trailing stops, a circuit breaker system, 10% maximum drawdown protection, and a drawdown brake that reduces position sizes during losing streaks. The Master Agent continuously optimizes these parameters.

Each trade goes through a multi-step pipeline: strategy signal generation, multi-timeframe trend filtering, ML regime detection, ensemble RL model scoring, a 7-agent debate requiring 5/7 supermajority, and social sentiment analysis. Only signals that pass all gates are executed.

Yes. The Explain AI feature in the dashboard provides a transparent breakdown of each trading decision, including which strategies fired, the confidence scores, regime detection results, and the agent debate outcome. Every decision is logged for full auditability.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of a new subscription. Please contact our support team at support@uptogain.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Go to your Account settings and navigate to the Billing section. From there you can add, remove, or update your payment methods. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Go to your Account settings and select the Security tab. Click "Enable 2FA" and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy). Enter the verification code to complete setup. You will need this code each time you sign in.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Brokerage credentials are securely managed through SnapTrade and are never stored directly on our servers. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS and Vercel with enterprise-grade security.

Immediately change your password and enable 2FA if you haven't already. Then contact our support team at support@uptogain.com. We will investigate and help secure your account. We recommend using a unique, strong password for your uptogAIn account.

Go to your Account settings and update your email address. You will receive a verification email at your new address. Your old email will remain active until you verify the new one.

To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@uptogain.com. We will process your request and permanently delete all associated data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
